Abhishek Arun

I build products with AI as an accelerant and judgment as the steering.
This portfolio reshapes around who you are.

Personalized for you

01 · Products I've shipped

Three products. Real users. Each a decision.

Not feature lists — the reasoning behind what got built, and what got cut.

02 · The person

Who's behind this.

I'm a final-year CS student who got tired of waiting for permission to build.

So I built — three products, real users, each one a lesson in deciding what matters and what to cut. Somewhere in there I realized the work I loved wasn't the code; it was the judgment: who is this for, what's the real problem, what are we trading off.

That's product management. And the way I do it is AI-accelerated and human-directed — I move fast with AI as an accelerant, but the taste, the calls, and the ownership stay mine.

I'm headed into APM and AI PM roles, and I'm building toward being the kind of product leader the next decade needs.

03 · Product Thinking Library

How I think, written down.

Ten product teardowns — not articles, not a blog. Each one a complete reasoning trace from problem to pattern. This is the closest thing to watching me work.

The pattern across all ten

01
Start with the excluded user
The person the current product fails is where the real opportunity hides.
02
Win by subtraction
The strongest move is usually removing something, not adding — scope is a feature.
03
Name the tradeoff out loud
Every decision costs something. Saying what it costs is how you prove it was a decision.
04
Tie it to a metric
A thesis you can't measure is an opinion. Each teardown ends on a number that would move.

04 · The path

How I got here.

2025–26 · Product Internships
Product roles at WebMobi & TruckHai
Worked across product discovery, scoping, and shipping. Left both on strong terms with endorsements from the people I worked alongside.
2022–26 · Education
B.Tech, Computer Science · SRM IST
Graduating 2026. Spent the degree building real products rather than waiting for permission — three shipped, with real users.
Ongoing · Building
Tesseract, EdaptIQ, Focus Docs
Three products from zero, each a bet on what to build and what to cut. The portfolio you're reading is itself one of them.

05 · Vouched for

Worked with, vouched for.

Thanks Abhishek for the good work you did — I'd recommend you can be a good product manager.
